Reginald K. Miller III, VP of Architecture

With six years in the residential construction industry, Reginald brings with him an extensive knowledge of means and methods of the construction industry. As a supervisor & lead carpenter, he was responsible for a crew of 4 workers and possesses strong leadership skills as a result. His ability to coordinate requirements of all trades to provide a complete, coordinated project has proved to be essential throughout the design process.

His degree in Architectural Engineering has given him a full understanding of the architectural and engineering fields. His knowledge in MEP & FP design further strengthens his design and project management skills.

Self motivated, Reg has a constant desire for new and exciting educational opportunities. He continues to provide new abilities and technologies to keep Willow Design ahead of their competition. As a self trained web designer, Reg brings the ability to post drawings & documents on the internet for clients to access anywhere in the world. This insures that clients have full access to their projects 24/7 & are never left feeling distant. Among the self taught skills, Reg has also advanced the company’s ability by being able to provide 3D computer renderings and animations. Two dimensional graphics are not always easy to comprehend. By providing design ideas in 3D form, clients have a clearer understanding of our schematic design solutions for their project. Coupled with his web design skills, Willow Design has made computer renderings and animations available online for clients to view & use during presentations.

Reg has effectively managed the new 3.5 million dollar Scranton Police Headquarters which included attending weekly site meetings & inspections, coordinating with contractors, answering RFI’s, & issuing revised drawings as needed. His coordination skills and broad knowledge of the construction industry continue to be an asset to the company. Projects managed through construction include a new 6.8 million dollar Domiciliary Building for the VA Rehabilitation Center located in White City, OR, the 2.2 million dollar addition to the Glen Oak Country Club in Waverly, PA and the renovation of the 2nd & 4th floors of the Scranton Times building in Scranton, PA.
